A tall arrival hall needs a clear focal point without competing with tenant branding.

Proposed application

Use a centered square tile grid across the dry interior lobby, continuing its alignment into the reception wall. Keep circulation open and place the reception desk at the far end of the tile field.

Design intent

A bright, composed first impression with fine veining visible at close range.
