An amenity lounge must feel residential while giving residents room to pause around displayed art.

Proposed application

Frame the lounge with a broad tiled perimeter and use a small loose rug only beneath the central seating group. Repeat the tile on a shallow art niche back.

Design intent

An understated stone-like setting that lets the art and furniture carry color.

Confirm that seating and rugs leave the principal tiled route visible.
